Job Title: Enterprise Director

Ministry Vision / Purpose: Supporting economic development through education, asset based community development, and micro loans/grants.

Field Background: Northeast Asia is a developing country with fewer than 3% of believers with a general openness to discuss spiritual things. Government corruption and systems make it difficult for people to get out of poverty. It is a creative-access country that is somewhat isolated but generally safe.
Length of Service: 2+ Years
Ministry Vision / Purpose: Supporting economic development through education, asset based community development, and micro loans/grants.
General Description:
1. Partner with the NE Asia Director of the Enterprise Fund to lead and support the program as needed (including supporting small business owners)
2. Fundraise for the project
3. Record and tell stories
4. Develop relationships with partner organizations
5. Train locals and help develop ABCD projects
Requirements:
- Familiar with or willing to learn about ABCD, different forms of economic empowerment
- College degree (even better if it's in a related field)
- Project management experience or other leadership/management experience might be necessary
