General Description: Medium- and long-term opportunities exist to come alongside our Fotizo team and locals in disciple-making ministry. The Business as Mission (BAM) Entrepreneur finds a place in the Fotizo field, where sometimes it takes a creative approach to build redemptive relationships and remain in the country. A business started by an entrepreneur could take many different forms according to the experience and skillset of the applicant, from teaching a language, to running a coffee shop, from instructing in musical skills to various digital nomad options. This person proactively and redemptively engages with the community and with others in working relationships. Through these avenues, they may sow seeds of the Gospel widely, supporting church planting efforts, and provide work for others.

Our vision is to see that all people in Fotizo have the opportunity to respond to the Gospel and participate in the fellowship of believers. Our mission is to facilitate a church-planting movement in Fotizo resulting from the multiplication of indigenous spirit-led disciple-making groups. We do this through prayer, evangelism, discipleship, and leadership coaching.

Requirements:
- Prioritize your own devoted relationship with God, enabling you to share your life in God with others.
- Commit to learn essentials of language and culture to live and start a business in this context.
- Take a humble learning posture both for language and culture (particularly as it relates to starting and operating a business in Fotizo).
- Experience in starting or operating a business, and a vision for doing so in an unreached, missional context.
- Engage in community with the Fotizo team.
- Commit to grow and be stretched in many ways as a disciple of Jesus who makes disciples.
