NEXT is a mentored, cross-cultural immersion trip. You will be living and working with long-term Site Leaders during your internship, learning a new culture, and discovering your calling in God's kingdom.

In Croatia, a land steeped in religious tradition, many people live secular lives, often seeking deeper hope and meaning. Our local ministry team is passionate about church planting through evangelism, discipleship, and holistic ministries, sparking transformed lives and vibrant communities. Join us for a fun, impactful internship as we:

•  SHARE the gospel’s hope in Croatia’s unique context,

•  HELP people build a personal relationship with Christ,

•  GATHER them into faith communities that shine with Christ’s character.

What will I do during my internship?

• Engage in Croatian language lessons with a local tutor
• Receive 1:1 mentoring from experienced ministry leaders
• Participate in prayer walking in local and regional neighborhoods
• Explore & experience how sports can be ministry
• Participate in team life – meetings & ministry
• Live in community with other interns
• Participate in local church ministry
• Collaborate with other local and regional ministries
• Learn & implement tools for discipleship & evangelism
• Experience opportunities to connect with God and discern His voice

Cost: $1700 (USD) per month + airfare
We offer extensive resources for fundraising, a scholarship, and 1-on-1 coaching for all NEXT interns.
